Michael Jackson: The Memorial

Today’s date goes in the books. 10:30am… Fanatical, passionate, yet a frenzy of hungry media graphed out Michael Jackson’s public memorial from the Staples Center in busy-bodied Los Angeles, California. Meanwhile, across this globe, millions of wide-eyed, curious individuals openly welcomed the media into their lives as they gazed upon rear-projection, liquid crystal or other displays, as emotion, sorrow, but also celebration filled not only their minds, but hearts as well. I was one of many who watched the memorial from home, and I find it intriguing how, prior to Jackson’s passing, there was such hate, blame, and anguish towards him -and now that he is gone, and there is no longer any reason to point a finger, we all-so-suddenly open our hearts in forgiveness. What do you think?
